staff overworked

Ordered a tumble dryer on line and collected in-store 1hr later,packaging
appeared ok but on removing packaging at home found the front control panel hanging loose,phoned customer service who just wanted to pass the problem back to the store,called the store who then passed us back to customer service who did finally help,had to reserve another dryer on-line return the damaged unit and pick up replacement,the staff at Morfa Swansea are totally worked off their feet some wear pedometers and are averaging 10 to 12 miles/day and expected to carry and load heavy objects sometimes single handed.The tumble dryer we purchased ie, Hoover was manufactured in Turkey and obviously got damaged before being packaged because there was no damage marks on the packaging.
ps. staff are so busy they're are arguing amongst themselves.
