I ordered a washing machine with them. Was told it would take five days for delivery from supplier, but should be installed by Sunday (Day 7)
Rang on Friday for update and was told machine due in today but ring up tomorrow for update. Rang on Saturday for update to be told "No manufacturer's delivered at all on Friday, but Hoover have said they will deliver to us by Sunday. We will ring you on Monday with an update. I suspect having read other reviews this won't happen and I will be calling them again on Monday. Why are all the Manufacturer's not delivering on a Friday when they should? Not just one of them, but ALL OF THEM? I know pantomime season is near but this felt like an early review for Pinnochio!!
