“Poor customer service”

I purchased the 24/7 'Know How' package when I bought my PC two years ago. This package included free Norton security every year.
I spent hours on the telephone and at my local shop last year before I received a renewal code for Norton and it was just as bad this year.
The customer service line is useless as they do not understand the packages that have been sold and pass you from department to department. No one I spoke to had any interest in resolving the query that I had, so I cancelled the cover.
Do not waste your money on these packages.
