over the past 2 weeks I have made appointments for a service engineer to call out and repair a fridge freezer my wife stayed in all day until 5pm when someone called to inform us that at 9am when the engineer left the part was not availabe 8hrs wasted.Next call out saturday 27 oct we were first promised a am call after the first mix up after checking we were then told it would be between 3.15 and 7.15 and the engineer would call half hour before again we both stayed in guess what no phone call no engineer and this is after tex to my wifes phone to confirm both of the appointments we now have to call again on monday for 3rd time
