'Terrible' would be an understatement when describing the Customer Service at Comet! Bought a laptop just over a month ago, and returned it due to it being faulty and a number of the keys jamming. The staff on the customer service desk were unhelpful, as was the manager. The only option available was to 'send the laptop away for repairs which could take upto EIGHTEEN days' or, as the member of staff on customer services suggested - 'you could carry a keyboard around with you'. This surely defeats the object of having a laptop - but apparantly not...
I would NOT reccomend this business to ANYBODY and I shall not be purchasing any goods from here in the forseeable future!
