Opened bag to find it full of horrible massive lumps. Sent an email and picture of said lumps with bag and bar code to iams. No reply
Returned bag to shop I bought it from who would not exchange or refund as no receipt .
Disgusting customer service from iams and sainsbury I will not buy again .
