Top Basket Needs To Be Changed To The Previous Design

Elements I like: quiet operation, very clean dishes, good price.
Elements I do not like: top basket is difficult to load with glasses and cups and mugs. Glasses fall over easily. The basket shape seems wrong. The rack for saucers and side plates is at the back of the top basket and it is inconvenient for placing them. Also, cereal dishes lean too much and touch each other in that rack. It is a bad design and needs improving.
I kept the long cutlery tray from our old Bosch top basket, as the new one does not have one. I find it very useful. I should have kept the whole top basket. It would have gone in nicely. It was much easier to use with a rack at the front and all other items went behind, all fitting in well.
If I had bought it from a shop then I would have seen inside it before it was purchased. Maybe I would have been able to negotiate some changes. However, these things come to light always after the event. I hope this will be helpful to others.
