“rip of charges don'use unless you are very rich.”

This provider has charged me £29.38 on 5 enquiries for 2mins and 08seconds. 5p from each call goes to charity. That means £29.13 has gone into the owners pocket, what a cheat. I will not use them again and nor should you. To the owner of this service. You may have realised that i am a very disgruntled customer or maybe not as you most likely don't give a dam.

I thought I was doing the right thing by using a service that donates to charity – 6p for every call, they say. But my last call (from a bt landline) lasted 50 seconds, I did not get them to connect me, and it cost me £6.25!! Where did the other £6.19 go for goodness sake? Somebody has got to be acting corruptly here, as I see another review has had the same experience. I understand the average rate is about 40 or 50p per call. So I think I will change my system and give the 6p (or £6.19) to charity myself, thank you. Also I will try and make an online fuss.

This is an efficient service, and the charities are worthy, but I'd rather give the £6. 27 fee as part of gift aid with the added tax relief for the charity.

This number is UK based, is always answered very quickly and I have after several years of using it, never been given incorrect information. 5p per call goes to the Red Cross and Branardo's charities. Highly recommended !!

I've been using Share Communication 118 499 for over a year now and am very pleased with the service.They share their profits with Barnardo's and The British Red Cross, which makes it very worthwhile. Get the number. Give to charity. With 118118 and other charging me between 69p and 89p, I'll continue using 118499 thanks.
