Have been with Sky ever since I can remember and recently we have been having trouble with our sky hd box. We phoned sky and asked about doing an upgrade as we pay £80 a month, but wanted a box in another 2 rooms. So they offered us new boxes and to pay 120 a month. Which we were happy with.

But when the sky technician came he tried to give us all restored boxes, and not the memory we had been offered! VERY RUDE gentleman.

After this, we rang sky and was completely dismissed on the phone, saying their first employee should never of offered us that package and we can't have it.

So we will be cancelling and moving to Virgin media.
