“poor customer service”

We took out sky when they were offering a deal of £100 marks and spencers vouchers. We were told it would take 45 days to come through but no voucher came. My husband phoned sky who stated the vouchers had been sent via email (complete lie). We then received a voicemail today stating that the vouchers had been sent today again via email and again no vouchers. My husband then contacted sky who stated that the vouchers had not been sent today but had been re-ordered which will take another 45 days
In other words no vouchers - just false promises to lure you in.
