my son took a package out with sky.unfortunatly he had to move because his lanlords girl friend was pregnant and they needed there house son found a house to rent infomed sky there engineer came to fit dish,but said they could not because of tree at front of house.i contacted sky who said they would cancel sky tv,but not broadband/phone.i told them i had taken it out as a package deal and should be able to cancel it as a package but they said no.this cannot be right where can i go from here i feel as they are holding a gun to my head can anyone help thanks

Cancel your direct debit. If they cannot provide you with the service you've paid for then that is their problem not yours.
