I have used this for 3 months. During that time I have lost nearly 11 kg. Also I have increased exercising and feel much healthier.

I have not felt hungry for a single day of this time and have been able to eat what I want.

I cannot recommend it more highly.

If you want to lose weight without going to a group or going on a restrictive diet this is the website to use.
