I lost 10 kilos using WeightLossResources.co.uk. It was so helpful to access the foods database and count calories. The exercise section encourages you to keep fit as well (and eat a bit more). I found the recipe section very helpful, if a bit cumbersome. I have kept to (nearly) my target weight for two years now. The website is still useful when I've put on that little bit that has to be taken care of. I fee that the website helped me to manage my eating patterns and I'm fairly confident now that I can keep to my desired weight.
