I've been doing this diet for ten weeks in that time I've lost twenty one pounds. The plan offers a varied meal plan, with alternatives if you don't like the original suggestion. I've found this easy to stick with and haven't been hungry or tempted to snack . The weight lost has encouraged me to exercise which enhances the effects of the diet. I would recommend the diet to friends and family, plus you can use your club card vouchers

Wow that's an amazing weight loss, well done!! I've just joined and having read some of the other reviews as well I'm glad I have!! I've tried all the usual suspects and got no where. This seems so easy and I love the shopping lists and the fact you can get it all delivered to your door, plus there are so many plans to choose from!! I'd say it's great value for money because it's also a lot cheaper than all the others.
