I have been on Tesco Diets now for 4 weeks, I decided to do the Healthy Heart Diet plan. I have found this very easy to follow,I love the fact that I can swap any meal on my plan to one that I like and the choices are very good. I also love the fact that tesco diets have an option were it does your shopping list for your food which can be delivered from tesco.com so its very easy to stay on the plan. I have had 100% support when needed.
