I have been using Tesco diets for a number of years now and it has changed my life. It is very simple to use and if one type of eating plan doesn't suit your needs you can change to another one. I initially lost over 8 stone but had a set back for a while. I am back on track now thanks to the continued encouragement from the Tesco diet mentors. I am currently 100 pounds lighter than when I started. The meals are so simple to make and tasty too. If I don't like one of the meals, it is very easy to swap to one that I do like. I would recommend using Tesco diets to anyone.
