I have been using Tesco Diets for sometime now. I use it even though I am very close to my target weight because it includes a food journal which enables me to keep an eye on what I am eating.
Things I like:
The food diary
The opportunity to speak to mentors
The range of diets you can follow
Value for money
Paying with Clubcard vouchers
Things I like less:
You cannot enter a whole recipe like you can in Weightwatchers - this means if I bake something I have to try to work out how much of everything each portion has.
If you save a meal as a lunch you cannot then put it into the journal as a dinner unless you re-enter it.
The meal choices are a bit odd sometimes.
However, overall I find the plan easy to follow and good value for money. I would recommend it to others
