I have a double problem in that I am diabetic and cant eat dairy so I just floundered around unable to lose weight. I tried diet clubs but they seem to focus on foods I am unable to eat. Thank goodness I gave Tesco diets a go at last I have a diet tailored t fit. I can make educated choices based on how much I have eaten that day or the day before so I feel in control not out of control. because the diet is healthy not faddy it becomes a way of eating and second nature. My goal was a pound a week but I am losing much more.
There was one small thing I did not understand (about swapping a meal) so contacted the help team. It was really obvious but at first I did not get it yet they were really helpful and friendly even though I felt daft when I finally understood.
Great diet give it a go you wont be sorry
