I started my diet with Tesco OnLine Diets on 3 September 2012 and have lost 1st 7lbs so far. The plan is easy to follow and the meals are interesting and can be swapped or varied accordingly. You are encouraged to undertake regular exercise and given plenty of support by way of weekly feedback. I have tried over the years to shed the pounds but I can honestly say that with this diet it is working for the first time. My only niggle is that some of the calories of convenience foods don't match up with the same item when you view it in-store. However that's just a small point in relation to what is overall a fantastic way to diet.
