I love this diet, it's simple to use, their is a diet to suit everyone, from light choices to GI or gluten free or vegetarian. Within each plan there is an extensive range of meals to choose from and even then you can still edit each one to add in or remove food. so simple to use and enjoyable, i dont dread my food each day, i look forward to making my meal plan each week, the good thing is you can save favourites so it makes it easier to find the meals you eat most often.
It also gives you great tips and advice and each week when I weigh in and send my comments to my mentor, i tell her about my week and any issues i have had, such as meals out or maybe had a few too many chocolates at Christmas. She is very supportive and replies with great advice and different ideas to help! I love it and it really helps spur you on particularly if you are not feeling motivated.
Overall, it is great value for money and would recommend it highly.
