I joined tescodiets.com with the idea of changing my lifestyle. It is not a short term fix it will help me make the most positve impact on my health and well being.

I find the site very easy to use and flexible, it takes a little time to become familar with it, but once you are used to the edit, swap and favourite functions you can have a varied, tasty array of meals to enjoy. I love to cook so have a recipe based plan but there is also a convenience meal option too.

I also find the community support on the site very valuable, the support from other members and mentors on the forums is great when you can report a weight loss and even better when the week hasn't quite gone to plan.

I look forward to logging on to the site to check out what we'll have to eat today and see what's happening in the TD community. Best thing I've done!
