This is a helpful tool and is very easy to use. The bar code scan ability is great and saves needing to add nutritional information. Lots of features are included. One thing I would like to see is the ability to add daily calories manually. Mine is set at a rate that I personally cannot lose weight at, and there is no facility (as far as I can tell) to reduce the calorie intake shown. Not too much of a problem but would be a benefit to me! Overall I feel it is value for money, especially compared to other weight loss resources. Achievement awards and blogs will help to give incentive to some users I am sure :)

Hi. Thanks for your review! I just wanted to let you know that it is possible to manually adjust your calories. To do this, go to your diary page and click on the 'Settings' link above your diary. Click on 'Choose a nutrition guide to follow' and select 'Set My Own'. You can then enter a new calorie allowance into the kcal box at the top of the page and scroll down to 'Apply Changes'.
