This is the very BEST diet site ever. Having tried every diet and club going over the years ( I am 70 going on 35!!) this is the first one which I can honestly say works and is easy to do. You can eat anything you like as long as you count the calories. So far I have lost a stone, which was all I wanted to lose, but this is so easy I think I will carry on for another one which would take me down to my correct weight for my height.

I cant tell you how pleased I am that I found this site. Many thanks
