I've had a really unhealthy attitude towards my diet, binging and starving myself for years. I'm only 4 weeks in, but I feel so in control now. So much happier.

The app could be improved with a bigger database. And it would be nice if you could link it to the argus app that they recommend you get alongside it. It is still a work in progress, and I expect it will get better and better.
