The whole concept of writing (or typing) down everything that you eat and seeing the calories totted up is a perfect way to lose weight. But having the benefit of saturated fat, salt, sugar included makes the diet unbeatable. Easy to see if you are eating the wrong things. It's cheaper than slimming world and weight watchers and the fact you can link your Fitbit and bathroom scales is another brilliant concept. All these daft diets - the French wine diet - how unhealthy is that. I'm sticking with nutracheck!
