Fantastic Diet, Brilliant Support, Excellent!

I cannot believe the level of support offered by Natural Ketosis. If you have any concerns you only have to email or phone and help is given. I was concerned that I wouldn't like the foods but they are great. Granola for breakfast, soup for lunch, a snack in the afternoon and a filling dinner. On top of this you can have unlimited protein that you supply yourself. At first I was worried that the portions were too small to keep me full but once you get into ketosis you simply don't feel hungry.

I have signed up for a 40 week programme as I need to lose 9 stones. I was frightened that I may have made Bitten off more than I could chew. The reality is that I feel better than I ever have in my life. Amazingly cutting out sugar has been easy and likewise Diet Coke that I was addicted to. A couple of the meals don't suit my tastes but they are happy to supply alternatives.

The customer service and support given by this company is excellent. They even phone you once a week to see how things are going. I have never felt so relaxed about food in my life. The fact that my husband continues to eat normally doesn't worry me in the least. Finally, after years of yo yo dieting I have found a way of eating that I am happy with.

The icing on the cake - I'm not feeling guilty about anything I eat AND I get to enjoy double cream, cheese and real butter!
