Have tried many diets , this one works well, fat loss is excellent , especially abdominal fat . Meals are good , disliked a couple of things ,just not to my taste, but they changed them for the second box. The supplied manual was very instructive and any other questions are answered very quickly by customer support.
Downsides , as part of the program you need to drink 2 litres of water per day , this is probably very good for you , but you do spend all day in the toilet.
