Good Choice

I had struggled with my weight for many years. So I decided to join a slimming club, however it got very boring after a few months and I gave up. Things went from bad to worse and I just found it impossible to do this alone. So in August this year I joined Slimming World. The group leader explained how the plan worked ( she did speak rather fast though, she needed to slow down and it would have been better if she had found a quiet room as there was rather a lot of background noise as families with young children were present).

So far I have lost almost half a stone but am determined to keep going and reach my goal weight.
I am glad I made the right choice!!
