Hello all :) I've just completed my first week doing slimming world and I have lost 5 1/2 lb!! I could not believe it!! And the reason why I couldn't believe it is because I've eaten so well. I wouldn't say I have pigged out but I really have eaten a lot of food. I have been cooking my food from scratch and the difference in taste is amazing. I know some people say that having to cook a lot of food puts them off but it's easy when you get into it. I have a job and four kids and I can do it, I just go for the simpler recipes :) I have all my syns too, so if you want to lose weight, try this and I promise you, you will be amazed!! X
