Me & a friend have started are own slimfast plan...we will have a shake 4 breakfast & then again 4 lunch & weight watchers meal 4 tea. If we get hungry in between this we drink innocent smoothies...i no it sounds a bit of a mad diet but its working 4 us so far. Before i started doing this i would only eat 1 meal a day & everyone who i work with says u want loose weight that way i just find it hard 2 eat especially at work as i work 13 hours most days so now im getting everything i need from all the meal & drinks i also drink a lot of water with i have done since i had a kidney infection 10 years ago
