This was recommended to me by a friend, and I was a little unsure to begin with - there is a questionnaire to sign up that took about 10 minutes and it took me a little time to get used to the exercise programme. But it works. I did a plan after Christmas to lose 7 pounds, which I did, and now I am on the maintenance plan which gives me a diet plan for the week to keep me at the weight I am. Loads of recipes to choose from, which I like. The plan is all about eating well, so I was really shocked initially at just how many calories it was saying I should eat each day. I stuck to it and honestly didn't expect to lose weight. Interesting one, I think we are so used to seeing diets with 1200 calories or less that this feels counter-intuitive. It did highlight just how much I had been eating before, clearly kidding myself on that one!
