This diet is amazing and really works by eating real food. It is not a quick easy fix diet but one that teaches you how to cook your favourite recipes in a healthy way to help you lose weight. I have lost a total of 3 stone on this diet and can honestly say that it is one of the easiest diets I have ever done and will definitely be the last diet that I ever do as I am 100% confident that the weight will stay off. I enrolled on the internet as I needed some support. The daily motivational tips are really good for me and have helped to get my mind right about my food. There are lots of recipes available on the website together with exercises which you can choose to do if you want to. There is email support there if you need it and a forum that you can click on for advice. The diet is very easy to follow and is easy to do when you are away from home as well. I have been on holiday and a couple of weekends away whilst dieting and still managed to eat well and lose weight. I don't really view this as being a diet but more a lesson in teaching me how to eat the foods that I love, lose weight and keep the weight off. I have not felt deprived of anything at all. I can happily go out to a restaurant like a Toby Carvery and fill my plate up with lots of meat and veg and know that I am not cheating which is great.
