Fast food trucker

As you can imagine sitting in the cab of a truck all day, Stopping at motorway services that now sell hight street brands of fast food doesn't help the waistline.
I read the reviews for the CWP so decided to have a go , at my weigh in I weighed 16s 8lb . My consultant started me on step 3, I had a look at what I was allowed to eat and had serious misgivings.
With a little will power & positive thought & 'STICKING TO IT' it worked in my first week I lost 9.5 lb
It's a lot easier than you think trust me, I like my grub as much as the next person the price of the products is a bit pricey but you save on the food you don't buy , it actually works out cheaper to be honest.
