Rang up and explained had bought a fryer from them which was still within the 12 months guarantee. Also told them that the problem with the item was a non electrical one. Was advised to bring it into the store so they could test it to see if was an actual wear and tear fault in case they would allow an exchange. Next day I made a trip to the store. . After speaking to a manager, the woman I spoke to on the phone pretended she was not who I spoke to and the manager had informed her it was not covered under the 12 month warranty. Wasted trip and hassle!! never buying anything from Tj WHO? again. No wonder they closed down in the first place.
