I took advantage of the sale over the black Friday (nov 28th 2014 ) which was 20% off, ordered three times totaling 1500gpb, when my package arrived one item was incorrect and is now out of stock, it seems to be an issue across the board with other people. Now having to contact them by email and ringing them up, they just seem to be very rude and robotic lame excuses, apologies that don't have any value behind other than me Costing me a load in telephone calls overseas. Then they start pressuring you to send it back to them at your cost and that you want to exchange, which I dont I want! I want the right item to be correctly delivered. Never in a million years will I order from them again. Imagine for a second the item I received was more expensive out good will from my side I would tell them that they sent me the wrong item all though I could have been a jackass and sold it and probably made profit and buy two bags for the value what I paid. Anyways what goes around comes around... One day they will realize that no one will order from them as they tarnish their name in te market....
