I love shopping in the store and the website. They have luxury products - but what I love is the staff are not pompous like they are at Harrods. So normal. Yes maybe not over friendly like you get up north, but have always been helpful. There is a fun atmosphere in store, every time I go I just wish they would branch out to other towns. Love the ladies shoe department & beauty hall. The prices are comparable to other similar retailers. Shopped online too - ordered quite a few times.. Delivery not consistent - some times fab, a couple of times frustrating. I returned an item easily enough which was good. Definitely go if you have not been - I love it!
