I have never written a review before BUT can’t help it this time. I went to the groceries department at Meadowhall Sheffield on 9/11/2017 and was served by a lady who was the most polite, friendly and knowledgable assistant I have come across. She advised me to check in store how many offers were on my sparks card before making any purchases in case I had missed any. Sure enough I had missed one which was well worth using. Made sure I used her checkout point and asked her name. She was still as friendly as ever despite being very busy.

Hope M&Sread these reviews, this lady needs a medal. Excellent
