Appalling website, total waste of time trying to order anything as nearly all is out of stock. The clothes M&s now produce are frumpy and boring, same old same old every year. Nothing fits properly and clothes look cheap and shoddily made. Your buyers could learn a lot from Next, or perhaps your not interested in what customers want anymore??

I assume staff training doesn't take place anymore judging by the attitude of most of your staff in clothes and Homeware dept.

Complaints about M&S have been ongoing for a very long time now when is somebody at M&S going to earn their salary and do something about it???
