John Lewis online service is my worst ever experience and a total disappointment, after placing an order for a Dyson it was cancelled, spoke to customer service advised all OK and ask to replace order, again this was cancelled, spoke with Customer service again and they decided to place the order (which the person stated “all looks OK”) so after placing 3 orders and calls including on with their security department all orders were cancelled. All security data matched, invoice, delivery and card where registered to the same address. But despite being assured the transaction were not processed my credit card available limit was reduced by these cancel orders.
A VERY disappointed customer, it’s a wonder anyone do online business with John Lewis, I will never use their service again
