i ordered a washing machine, delivery was to be from 7am-2pm, now they've called me at 1.50 to say they're not gonna be able to honour it, really, so i wasted my day of waiting indoors for something that wasn't gonna happen in their huge timeframe,

the cheek of it is 1 week before my delivery i asked if it could be moved to an afternoon appointment they said no, now I've needlessly wasted my time and am still here waiting, absolutely rubbish,

not what i expected,
