“Terrible customer service. AVOID”

My story is so long i will try to keep this brief. John Lewis have messed up my order three times now. Truly appalling. I had to pay next day delivery which has yet to be refunded and guess what? The item didnt even arrive the next day. I been promised a call back from customer complaints to discuss the matter, my refund for postage and a good will gesture but this has never happened.

I have several failed call backs logged and keep getting promised a call within two hours and i am still waiting.

I have spent more than 2 hours on the phone to John Lewis over the passed week and honestly feel they can not complete even the simplest of requests. I honestly expected more from them and will never use them again.
