The online shopping experience at House of Fraser left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

I had placed an order for a lovely pair of trousers that I really wanted to get as they were no longer in stock in shops.

The next morning I received an email saying my order had been cancelled and that they had attempted to contact me to verify contact details.

Nobody at House of Fraser ever rang me, it was simply cancelled.

I rang the customer service line and they were of no help. The man gave me the same information that was in the email and could not tell me why it had been cancelled. I asked could he reissue my order and he said no that I would have to order again, and my card would be billed twice!

I am very disappointed as I really wanted those trousers, and don't know if I will ever be shopping there again as I have never had such a poor online shopping experience as with this store. I feel that it is unfair as no one even rang me as said in the email to at least explain to me why it had been cancelled.
