Appalling customer services. Never buying from them again!!

I recently ordered some underwear online but before receiving them I found them cheaper elsewhere. That's ok I thought ill just return them when I receive them which I did. However 2 weeks later they sent the goods back to me because according to them it didn't meet their returns policy as there were no seals on the boxes. I phoned their customer services dept several times trying to explain that I had received them in that condition with no seals or tags on the packaging.
After several calls to customer services and emails of complaints I am still no where near getting a refund. In fact the last contact from them advised me to seek independent legal advice!
To say I'm fuming is an understatement. I will NEVER be buying from them again and would advise other consumers to stay away and shop elsewhere. Appalling and rude customer services who couldn't care less!! I didn't want to even give them a one star but had to else unable to publish this. Would happily give them minus one!!
