This company needs closed down how can they take peoples money it makes me sick I ordered the trail at £1 postage received it and I was thinking it was to good to be true went on line and read all the reviews I rang my bank and cancelled all payments to white time luckily for me no money was taking thank god. I few weeks later I decide to try white time on my teeth and I must say it worked really well my teeth are about 10 shards lighter. Just a shame they rip people off!!!! I would give the product 4 stars but the company it's self is a big fat 0.

On The 27th August 2014 I Signed Up For The 'free

On the 27th August 2014 I signed up for the 'free trial' at 2 x £1 on their website. Terms & Conditions nowhere to be seen at time of signing up. Then had 2 x £99.99 taken on 8th Sept 2014. I immediately emailed both UK.Whitetime-whitening & UK.The-White-Expert on 8th Sept 2014 asking to cancel and complaining that I hadnt signed up to any recurring membership. UK.Whitetime-whitening replied twice saying that my 'membership' had been cancelled (reference number RR7ddaf998) and I was assured that no more money would be taken and then again to quote their Terms & Conditions. Unfortunately on the 24th Sept 2014 a further £119.98 WAS taken by a slightly different company name (The-White-Smile.com) and when I emailed they said they had never received any prior email from me asking for the membership to be cancelled and that it 'must be a different company'.

In summary I've had three unauthorised debits off my credit card:

UK.Whitetime-whitening. (£1, then £99.99);

UK.The-White-Expert (£1, then £99.99);

The-White-Smile (£119.98).

My credit card company (Barclaycard) are aware of all this and have cancelled my card and issued a new one and are also sending me charge-back forms to complete.

Ordered A Trial Which Was £1.00 For Delivery. Rece

Ordered a trial which was £1.00 for delivery. Received it with no invoice or delivery note which i thought was strange. Few weeks later they'd taken £99.99 from my account which i hadn't agreed to. It hadn't stated terms and conditions when i ordered the trial either. This needs to be stopped now. Ive put a block on them taking anymore money, i am trying to get my money back from the bank which shouldn't of issued it anyway.

The Product Was Advertised As A Free Trial Offer A

The product was advertised as a free trial offer and £1 for shipping only.No terms and conditions were advertised.My credit card was debitted £200.Two days later i received the product very cheaply wrapped in a garbage bag wrapper not even a special delivery.I called the number on my credit card statement to enquire why I was charged before I had tried the product and where was the trial offer.The person said that I had purchased the product and that royal mail was at fault for late delivery. By this time i was confused as i believed a trial offer was for one to try first before one orders.I insisted that I wanted my money back and he started to make a joke and laugh about it.I asked to ask the manager to contact me.She did not.I called again the man said he can give me a refund of £15.I refused and insisted I wanted the full refund of my £200.He sent me terms and conditions which I had never seen at the time I filled in the form.I contacted my bank and who is going to assist in claiming the money

I did the same thing, thought I was only paying a £1 and I have had £420 taken out of my account, I've spoken to my credit card company and they said I agreed to the t&c that's why they have taken the money,but there were no t&c on the web page I ordered off.i am really upset and angry that this can go on and people get away with it, as my credit card company have more or less said there's not much chance of me getting my money back.

They have taken £200 from my account. I am now overdrawn and getting a bank charge. the bank said its my fault. I e-mailed the company the said i agreed to the subscription when I made the order. I would never of agreed to this and I feel the terms and conditions were not made clear. I am really upset and angry with myself that I have fell for it. my family and i really cant afford to lose this kind of money. I wish I would of researched this product first. I am throwing this product in the bin its most likely fake like the company. One expensive lesson learnt.

call ur bank and explain what had happened.Ask the bank to to cancel ur card or stop any payment to the companyl.I did tht immediately and they cannot take anymore money out of my card.If u used a credit card ur bank will assist u in claiming ur money back which im doing right nw.U can also go to www.asa.org.uk Its the advertising standards authority and make ur claim.Bt the bank wil help quicker.

shell80

When I spoke to my bank, the said all they can do for me now is block any future payments. I also emailed the company I told them to cancel the subscription and also send me conformation which they did. You should get in touch with your bank asap.

ggiijjuu

mate the same thing has happened to me, and apparently every month they charge £99 again and again, did you know about that and if so, whats the best way to stop this from occurring, should I cancel my card or tell the bank to block payments to this company???

samantha18x

Does anyone know how I can contact them? The number on the website says it's not authorised to connect me.

Ebromerz10

I've just received the £1 trial and after reading these comments have cancelled the card I paid with. Will that be enough as I can't find any links or information on the "free trial" anywhere to check?

vicwhizz

You need to go on whitetime terms and conditions,on the website.to be honest I think its a trick and the company doesn't exist.you should be ok if you have cancelled your card.i informed the bank,and they assured me they would be barred, if they do get any money it will be repaid by the bank.

chi.ndikum.5

I recently ordered their products and I was told it's a trial one and was ordered to pay £2 for postage, which the money was deducted from my account. I have checked my account today and discovered they took £199.98 from my account. I didn't sign up for anything and want the money returned to my account. How can I get my money back?

vicwhizz

doubt you will get your money back , inform the bank, they can bar them from taking anymore.sorry you have had your money STOLEN.white time told me if I dident return the product ,i was guilty of theft .because I barred them .I told them that's what they are guilty of ,taking money from accounts.

valerie gardiner

I recently ordered 2 products online offered at a low cost special offer of £1 each and free postage this was on 15th May. On my credit card statement one I was charged at £1 and the other £6, and informed I would receive by 20th. It is now 7th June and I have not yet received them.What should I do?
