“Contacting my dentist”

I really appreciated the acknowledgement that my message had been received and was being forwarded to my dentist. The only problem I had was the format of the area I could type my message in. Each line only allowed a few words so I found myself abbreviating my message. As a result I left out vital information and had to send another message. Extra work for me and your agent. Make each line longer please!
