I have used mine three times now once with frozen and twice with real potatoes.

The frozen fries were marginally better than in the oven but the real potatoes were awesome...

I cooked the max 1-3/4 lbs for 45 minutes

the first time I washed and let the pototoes dry for about 15 minutes the second time I let them dry about 40 minutes! I was preparing other food

the first time was great the second time they were perfect

and since you can only make four servings nobody eats too many LOL
