I don't ever write reviews however felt compelled to write this.

They are some of the lowest people praying on customers that are owed money promising them full compensation. When all they are doing is just as bad as the people that have originally tricked you for money. They request £300 upfront and will disappear... You will not be able to call them or email them. At ANY point of the day! Don't even think for one minute you will get any of your money back. These people should feel ashamed of themselves!

Be warned! Do not use this company. They are not to be trusted. Got promised everything but they delivered nothing. The initial couple of phone calls fool you into believing they are competent and know what they are doing. They do some basic research on your debtors and give you hope that they can confidently recover the debt. Then you hand over a hefty fee in good faith that they will deliver. You then hear nothing over the coming months apart from a couple of standard automated emails. They will not respond to your emails or answer the phone to you. There will be no further communication and it is impossible to contact them. You will lose even more money with them. Shame on them. They are worse than your debtors! Steer clear at all costs!

I am owed a large amount of money, I received a cold call and I did tell the caller I was in the process of handing it to a solicitor, they insisted they could help and I would receive a call the following day from the financial advisor or persons responsible for debt collecting.

Sure enough, I received the call and it was very positive and filled me with hope. I was told to allow them an hour to go and do some investigation work, 1 hour later I received the follow-up call telling me very positive facts and being assured they would get me my money. I was asked to pay a sum of £600.00 plus VAT via debit card, luckily I didn't have it to hand and I agreed to pay via BACS transfer.

I was about to send the info and money and whilst reading a few emails received from a representative I thought I had better do a check on the company as I didn't want to lose even more money!

Well, shock horror it appears it's all a big hustle and they take everyone's money and do nothing.

I have since found out this is a newish company previously known as Elite Debt Solutions, well it just got worse because they have the most horrific track record, just do your own research and don't get caught by these unscrupulous people who are preying on the vulnerable.

I have sent several emails with screenshots, and evidence and offered them an opportunity to explain however it's all gone quiet and no response was received.

Contacted by this company on a generic telesales call promising unlimited debt recovery services for £700 per year, at the time i was owed a lot of money so agreed and signed the contract and paid the money, followed by giving details of the debtors and amounts etc. Also told they will pay me within 24hrs of recovering my debt. They contacted the debtor and they paid them (i know this because I've spoken to the debtor and they've shown me proof of payment). I contacted EDC to say look you've been paid, thanks blah blah can I have payment, they said yes. 24hrs Passed and still no money, contacted again, and told it'll be the following Monday. Monday came and still no payment, contacted them again (after ringing 100 times to get through to someone) and was told it'll be the end of the month (3 weeks had passed at this point)... waited until the end of the month and still nothing. I would attend their office but they're on the other side of the country. Contacted a local, professional and REPUTABLE debt recovery company whom have now gone to Sunderland county court and had a 3rd party debt order placed against them and their bank in order to secure the funds.

We were unfortunate enough to sign up with this company in 2021, we don't believe they chased the debts and we have not been able to make contact with them either by telephone or email. Please do not use this company.

This company Elite Debt Collection Ltd based in Sunderland. Took £300 as an upfront fee to chase a debt of £2500.00. They collected the debt and kept the money. We managed to get a County Court Judgment against both the company and the sole director but we never got our money. We froze his bank account. Guess what the account was empty.

The matter has been forwarded to the Police.

Elite debt collection services? A company that purposely tried to avoid paying a debt when moving premises. Creditor finally caught up with them after seeinc a photo of the owner posted on facebook. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by any company, ironic that they make a living collecting debts

How can this outfit still be taking innocent peoples, hard earned money? I find it bazaar that in this day and age we are allowing these people to just continue taking from hard working people. Surely the fact that a bank account number is clearly visible on the un-secured site, should ring some bells! Why can’t the account be frozen?

Do not use this company, they lie to you from the start to get your money then do nothing to get the outstanding debt back. We had two outstanding debts and they haven't collected one of them even though they lied to us and told us that they had got money back from another contractor that was owed from the same company. The staff and rude and unprofessional, don't call you back and don't even address emails correctly - don't waste your money!
