For a debt management company they do not manage your debts. I have been charged interest several times by my creditors and despite sending in all my post this was never picked up on. I raised this with them several times as the creditor had supposedly frozen my interest, 3 months down the line and this has STILL not been resolved.

You can tell the staff don't care and the managers are even worse. When I have raised issues previously and requested to speak to managers, I found the managers to be rude and obnoxious and they clearly have no idea what they are doing.

I feel like I am the one doing all of the chasing all the time and have no idea why I am paying an extortionate amount for this "service." I am in the process of moving all my debts to step change as they surely can't do any worse than these jokers and do not charge a fee.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!
