Best help ever

The main thing for me was it took all the stress out of having a debt. I was kept well informed and supported with all areas, what to do about letters received from creditors to how best to pay back my debt. All areas were looked into to see if DFH could support me in any other ways. I found the staff were really helpful and polite and if I was unsure of anything I could ring up and ask at anytime. The staff were very helpful when it came to the annual review. I was well informed at the beginning of my plan and didn't have any issues during my 3 year plan. It has gone really smoothly and very quick and I have 1 payment left then I will be debt free. It's been a very hard lesson but been made so much easier to cope with by having DFH to deal with all the communication. The free envelopes are great as you don't even need to worry about finding stamps for your (red) letters. Like I said it takes all the stress out of being in debt. I would definitely recommend DFH to friends and family who are struggling with debt. Having a debt and deciding to pay it off and not go bankrupt was my decision and it's the best one I've made. I feel I've achieved a great step forward and it's also helped me to take care of the small finances I have left every month for bills, food etc. DFH have helped me turn my financial side of life around.
