Baines and Ernst instantly took the weight off my shoulders as soon as they said they could help. I was struggling after taking on all the household bills and they helped work out what i could afford.
I have never had any problems even when having to change payment dates due to my wage payment dates being odd. I think the only thing that lets Baines and Ernst down is the admin fee on a monthly basis as I was told once I had paid the original fee I wouldn't pay anything else. Never the less I am happy with the service I receive
